OSA and Depression Clinical Trial
Time Commitment: 3 daytime office visits, 1 full day stay, 1 overnight stay, 2 telephone contacts, over a period of approximately 5 weeks
Study Description: Male and Female adults who have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Depression who experience excessive daytime sleepiness are wanted for a clinical research study of the investigational use of an approved medication. This study involves 3 daytime office visits, 1 full day stay, 1 overnight stay, and 2 telephone contacts over a period of approximately 5 weeks. Financial compensation will be provided for qualified participants. Health insurance is not required and there is no cost for participation.
Eligible candidates must:
- Be 18 to 65 years of age
- Have Obstructive Sleep Apnea and be using CPAP
- Be taking medication for depression
- Have excessive daytime sleepiness
